Our winery stands out for using only our own grapes, ensuring strict control over every phase of the process in compliance with organic farming principles. We produce about 25,000 bottles per year, focusing on quality over quantity.
Modern equipment, including temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters, allows natural clarifications and stabilizations without additives, minimizing oxidation and the use of sulfites.
We combine both traditional and innovative methods of aging, using barrels, barriques, and amphoras for our dry Moscato, creating unique wines that reflect a strong connection to the land and its winemaking tradition.
