Uniqueness and tradition

I produce my Barbera d’Asti DOCG, the pure expression of our Monferrato, using only grapes from our vineyard in Costigliole d’Asti. Vinified in steel, it boasts a delicious bouquet of red fruits (cherry, plum, raspberry, and wild berries), intense yet soft at the same time, with balanced acidity. Our Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG, from an old vineyard in Nizza Monferrato, matures in large French oak barrels, becoming a complex wine ideal for fine dining. My “MO’ FREM” Piemonte DOC Moscato Secco, aged in terracotta amphora, is also an innovative addition.

Completing the range is our Piemonte DOC Sauvignon, fresh, fruity yet structured and elegant, suitable for any occasion, and my Piemonte DOC Merlot, produced in limited quantities and aged in oak tonneaux for about a year and a half, elegant and complex.
