Vinification: Hand-harvested into 20 kg vented crates, followed by destemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 26°C. The must macerates for about 15 days with pump-overs and délestage.

Color
Ruby red with purple hues that gradually evolve into garnet over time

Aroma
Spicy character, with the grape’s typical vegetal tones merging with the tertiary aromas imparted by oak aging. Hints of black cherry and raspberry emerge in the background.

Taste
Harmonious and full-bodied, with a pleasantly woven tannic structure that makes for a long, persistent finish.
