Vinification
Hand-harvested into 20 kg vented crates, selecting only the best clusters, then gently pressed. The must is clarified by cold settling and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16˚C.

Pale straw yellow with subtle greenish reflections.
Aroma
Harmonious, with gentle herbaceous notes typical of the grape, touches of citrus, and a hint of tropical fruit.
