Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested into 20 kg vented crates, then destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 26°C. Maceration lasts about 15 days with daily pump-overs and punch-downs.

Visual Analysis: vivid ruby red of medium intensity, with slight violet reflections.
